mwbaFabidi o mwbqEurosidi I è un'ampia mwbgunità tassonomica all'interno del mwbwclade delle mwcaAngiosperme, non presente nel precedente mwcqsistema Cronquist: è stata infatti introdotta con la più moderna classificazione mwcgAPG.

Il raggruppamento delle Fabidi include circa mwda33 000 mwdqspecie di mwdgpiante, che sono ripartite, secondo la più aggiornata mwdwclassificazione APG IV, in 5 mweaordini per un totale di 30 mweqfamigliecite-ref-0-1-0[1]cite-ref-2[2].

Etimologia

Il nome di questo clade deriva dal mwhqlatino mwhgfaba, ossia "mwhwfagiolo", specie qui inclusa. Nonostante ciò, la mwiaspecie tipo che ha dato il nome alle mwiqunità tassonomiche di mwigFaboideae (mwiwsottofamiglia), mwjaFabaceae (mwjqfamiglia) e mwjgFabales (mwjwordine) è invece mwkaVicia faba, la fava comune.

Questo mwkgtaxon è anche noto col mwkwnome scientifico di mwlaFabidae, nome che è stato introdotto appositamente per la mwlqclassificazione filogenetica nel mwlg2007 dai botanici W.S. Judd, D.E. Soltis e P.S. Soltiscite-ref-3[3]cite-ref-1-4-0[4].

Descrizione

Così come per il clade superiore delle mwoqRosidi non vi sono chiari mwogapomorfismi non molecolari che accomunino tra loro le specie appartenenti alle Fabidi. Tra le poche caratteristiche comuni abbiamo il fatto che generalmente i mwowpetali o i mwpasepali non si fondono tra loro alla base e gli mwpqovuli bitegmici e crassinucellaticite-ref-1-4-1[4].

La mwrqfilogenesi del clade Fabidi, aggiornata alla classificazione APG IV, si presenta come seguecite-ref-0-1-1[1]:

Con l'aggiornamento alla classificazione APG IV del mwtq2016 gli mwtgordini inclusi in questo clade si sono ridotti a 5 di quelli già presenti nella mwtwAPG III, a causa dello spostamento dei tre appartenenti al clade mwuaCOM. Ciò si è reso necessario dopo che gli ultimi studi hanno evidenziato la loro probabile appartenenza al clade mwuqMalvidicite-ref-5[5].

La più moderna mwauiclassificazione APG IV non ha radicalmente modificato questo clade, mantenendo tutti gli ordini già esistenti. Si segnala solo che è stata risolta la classificazione della famiglia di piante mwaumendoparassitiche delle mwauqApodanthaceae, precedentemente non inserite in alcun ordine, essendo ora incluse in mwauuCucurbitalescite-ref-6[6].
